Article 2 – Product presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on each product page of our website www.fil-good.com. The photographs are not contractual. The sole trader cannot be held liable for any errors that may appear. All texts and images presented on the website www.fil-good.com are protected worldwide under copyright and intellectual property law; any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 – Validity period of sales offers
Products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event that a product ordered becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by email or by post.
Article 4 – Product pricing
Each product page on our website www.fil-good.com displays prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees appear on the screen at the end of the customer’s product selection process.
The sole trader reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order was confirmed.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
Article 5 – Orders
The customer confirms their order by clicking the "Confirm my order" link at the bottom of the “Order Summary” page, after accepting these terms and conditions. Before validation, the customer is invited to verify each element of their order and can correct any possible errors.
The sole trader confirms receipt of the order by email; this confirmation includes all order details and information regarding the customer’s right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the sole trader constitutes proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. The order is archived by the sole trader under the legal conditions and timeframes; the customer may access this record by contacting the Customer Service.
Article 6 – Payment terms
Payment for orders is made by bank transfer or credit card.
The order is validated only after full payment (bank transfer received or card payment approved).
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Article 7 – Delivery
The delivery deadline varies depending on the customer’s address. For addresses within mainland France, it is set at payment date + 8 days; for other destinations, payment date + 1 month.

Article 10 – Satisfaction or Refund / Cancellation
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to request a product return, with return shipping costs at their own expense. The refund of the product price will be issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned item by the sole trader.
Incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
Likewise, items made to order or customized at the customer’s request are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions.
The return request must be made directly from the page of the relevant order, accessible via the order history in the customer account.
Products must be returned after the seller’s approval, in their original packaging, together with the return form available on the “Product Returns” page of the customer account, and sent to the address indicated on the return form.

The website owner holds the intellectual property rights or the rights of use for all accessible elements on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.
