Here are my recommendations, but I advise you to measure the shoelaces of your shoes to order the right size:

45 cm: 2 x 2 eyelets
60 cm: 3 x 2 eyelets
70 cm: 4 x 2 eyelets
95 cm: 5 x 2 eyelets
110 cm: 6 x 2 eyelets
125 cm: 7 x 2 eyelets
135 cm: 8 x 2 eyelets

Width of the shoelaces: 5 mm
